Safety & Community Rules

BattleMyPhoto is a funny AI-generated parody battle video generator for real group photos — not a deepfake tool, not a realistic fight simulator, and never a way to humiliate anyone.

[OPERATOR: review with counsel before launch.]

The rules

  1. Use only photos of adults.
  2. Upload only photos you have permission to use.
  3. Keep it funny, not harmful.
  4. Do not use this to bully or harass.
  5. Do not upload explicit, violent, or hateful content.
  6. Do not target public figures misleadingly.
  7. Generated videos are AI parody, not real events.
  8. Report anything that violates these rules.

18+ only

This app is for users 18+ only. Do not upload photos of minors. We check uploads for apparent minors, reject what we catch, and treat every report involving a minor as our highest priority.

Consent comes first

Before any video is generated, you must confirm:

“I confirm that everyone in this photo is 18+ and I have permission to upload it. I understand the result is AI-generated parody and must not be used for harassment, bullying, explicit content, or abuse.”

Featuring content publicly (e.g. on our social channels) always requires a separate, explicit permission — never bundled with normal use.

What the battles look like

Battles are stylized, comic, and non-realistic: speed lines, screen shake, cartoon smoke, dramatic zooms. No blood, no gore, no injuries, no weapons, no realistic violence — by design, in our prompts, and in our output checks.

AI transparency (EU AI Act)

Every result is clearly labeled “AI-generated parody video.” In addition, outputs carry machine-readable AI-generation marking embedded in the video file, in line with EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations. Paid watermark removal removes only the brand watermark — the AI-generation marking always stays.

Report and removal

Every result page has Report and Delete. If you appear in a photo you did not agree to, report it directly from the result page (“I am in this photo and did not consent”) — no account needed. Severe reports (minors, non-consent, explicit content, harassment, public-figure misuse, unsafe violence) hide the content immediately while we review. Deleting a battle removes the uploaded photo and generated video from access.

What gets you blocked

Uploading minors, harassment campaigns, explicit content, attempts to bypass moderation, and repeated unsafe uploads lead to content removal and session/account blocks. See the Terms of Service for details.
